Pumpkins week 2

It's been an exciting week learning about pumpkins.
We had a blast playing runaway pumpkin. We each took a turn rolling a pumpkin down our ramp.

We decided to take it a step further and gather different items from out the room to "race" the pumpkin down the ramp.

Drawing faces on our pumpkins with dry erase makers.

We worked together to make a jack o lantern with different shapes at circle.

We used media print to make unique pumpkins. We then shared with one another how our pumpkin looked/felt based on the eyes, mouth and noses we chose for our pumpkins.

Acting out the story of the fiery furnace.

Exploring the inside/outside of the pumpkin at circle.
We used different words to describe how the pumpkin felt... squishy, cold, icky and mushy.

We acted out Five Little Pumpkins in dramatic play.
